We want you to love your art. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Custom Pet Portraits & Personalized Orders Due to the custom nature of these pieces, all personalized orders are final sale once production has begun. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund — no questions asked.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

We have a 7-day replacement or refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
